Refund policy

At Pomace, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items
• Items bought during sale/discounts
• Innerwear, accessories, or customised products (if applicable)

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to stock availability.
• Customers must initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
